The production of protective masks takes place:
- in a closed sphere with strictly controlled working environment conditions where the air is purified and filtered and employees wear protective suits with the obligatory wearing of masks, caps, tights, protective gloves and hand disinfection before entering the production plant
- on a fully automated machines with continuous process quality control where the machine, first, connects two layers of nonwoven fabric between which is a high efficiency filter, then linearly folds, inserts the nasal bar, and ultrasonically seal edges of the mask and welds ear loops.
